24 HR Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) Refresher
This course provides 24 continuing education units (CEUs) required to maintain individual Nation Registry of
Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) certification. Principles of emergency care will be covered through the
use of classroom lectures and hands on training.
48HR MEDIC Course (TC 8-800, Tables I-VIII)
This course provides 48 continuing education units (CEUs) that are essential in maintaining the 68W MOS. It consist
of 8 tables with each table focusing on different areas of care. Table 8 serves as validation of the previously
learned skills using scenario based training.
72 HR Sustainment Course
This is a comprehensive course that provides 72 continuing education units (CEUs) that is required every two
years in order to maintain the 68W MOS. It is a combination of the 48HR M.E.D.I.C. Course and the 24HR TC3
Basic Life Support (CPR)
This course teaches the fundamentals of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) following the American Heart Association
guidelines. BLS for the Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP) is designed for personnel that work in and around a
medical setting. Heart Saver AED (HS) is designed for the non-medical personnel that need or are required
to be CPR certified in their workplace. All students will receive a CPR card after successfully completing
Combat Lifesaver Course (CLS)
This course is designed for the non-medical Service Member and provides advanced tactical first aid training beyond
the level of self-aid or buddy care.
IFAK Course *
This course is designed to familiarize Service Members with the use of their improved first aid kit (IFAK). Students
will learn the proper techniques for hemorrhage control and simple airway management.
NAEMT- TC3 Course *
This course offered by the North American Emergency Medical Technicians focuses on the principles of tactical
combat casualty care TC3. TC3-AC (All Combatants) is recommended for personnel with no medical background and
provides 8 continuing education units (CEUS). TC3- MP (Medical Providers) is recommended for all medical
personnel and provides 16 continuing education units (CEUS). Cost is 10 dollars for the certificate.
