Unit Procedure to Draw ICE (for drinking water) while Training at ASA Ft Dix: The Subsistence Supply Management Office (SSMO - formerly TISA), Bldg 3140, will OPEN on Saturdays and Sundays (weekend) from 0800 to 1000 hours to issue bulk ice to Training Units. The dates of coverage (duration) are 27 June 2015 to 30 August 2015. SSMO issues ice in 40 lb. bags. Units are requested to bring water jugs or coolers if possible. NO ice will be issued for water buffalos, (repeat) NO ice will be issued for water buffalos. Radio Frequencies for Range Control and Aviation have changed. The new frequencies are:

Range Control - Primary FM 34.30 and Alternate FM 36.30 Aviation - FM 40.95, UHF 265.6 and VHF 139.3

Effective May 1, 2015 the Rapid Rover shuttle service will no longer accept individual travel orders as a method of transportation payment. Payment for use of the Rapid Rover service will be by government credit card, personal credit card or cash only. Military personnel traveling for ASA-Fort Dix training for Battle Assemblies, Annual Training or attend military schools are impacted by this mandate.

Beginning April 1, 2015, all weekly 10-Day Out Training Meetings normally scheduled every Wednesday, at 1 p.m., Range Control Headquarters will be conducted at Timmermann Center (Building 5441), Room 101, until further notice. The Range Control Headquarters building (Building 9013) is receiving a full facility renovation. For more information contact the ASA-Fort Dix Training Management Division at 609-562-2001.

USASA Fort Dix has published its FY15 Training Guidance in lieu of the Annual Training Conference. This information was developed to assist commanders developing training strategies for this year to request resources for a successful experience. It is a vital reource when executing Annual Training. This information requires a CAC login.

ASA Fort Dix Training Requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the requested Training date through the Joint Mission Management System (JMMS). Exceptions to the 30-day window will only be granted by the chief of the Training Management Division/DPTMS.

Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) is a non-graphical remote scheduling tool that is used to determine facility availability and to read published Range Bulletins. Current schedules and conflicts are displayed under the Scheduling Tab in the Two-Week Calendar view. Although facilities might seem available, you still need to submit your request(s) in JMMS.
