Fort Dix Freedom of Information Act Program
The installation commander is responsible for the implementation of the Act as set forth in DOD 5400.7-R and AR 25-55.
The commander tasks the Director of Information Management with the management and oversight of the program within this installation. For submission of FOIAs/Privacy Act Requests, email the FOIA/Privacy Act Officer.
This site will soon contain information/documents routinely available to the public as well as documents previously released through the Freedom of Information Act, which have been the subject of multiple requests. This site will continue to grow as we add records in which the public has expressed an interest.
